should be worked on, supported by management tools we have developed, such as property diagnosis, inventory of the industrial park, cash flow analysis and investment forecasting. Based on this information, an action plan is elaborated, and from this, a monthly follow-up is done to optimize the existing resources and consequently improve the efficiency of the rural company’s results.
